Hey, I've been on someInvision Powerboard forums and they have a pretty neat feature which lacks here.
Namely, in the "Last Post" It actually says the title of the last post.
Another good feature that would be useful would be puting if there is an update on the logged in user's threads.
For example: I make a new thread and I "subscribe" to it, so each time I go to the forum's main page on each forum I see underneath the "Last Post" if someone has commented on that thread.

Of theese are just very minor, thought a bit helpful, addons that would make the user's life a litle bit easier and would require much coding on the saff part :3
