You know how we have forum sections like "Tutorials" or "Site News", for example? Well, I was thinking that a forum section about Web Design could be added. Would that be OK? I just like to chat about web design (preferably HTML) with other people and get and give ideas, tips and codes.
I think the community would enjoy a forum section for web design.

I don't think that has much to do with Steam/Valve Games.
