Can't make a new sig?

Sorry to interrupt y'all from your various important occupations regarding mapping and what not. (If this sentence offends you in any way, I pray thee to know this was not intended). I made a new sig for myself, 400 x 100 pixels, about 24 kB big - but when I try to Preview it in my Edit Profile menu I get the following error shown in the attachment.

It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image.

Could anyone help? This is the actual sig:

I restricted smilies to stop people spamming signatures, in your case they were there when the board moved over so you've got away with it

I'm having the exact same problem as vcool in the opening post. I've tried two different hosts; Photobucket and Tinypic, and alas, no avail. Is there any way to get around this problem?

it's only 400x100 and 29kb.
