Post Reply/New Topic box improvement

If you use the full Post Reply box or post a New Topic (not the quick reply) you can now re-size the message area by dragging the yellow bar at the bottom of the box. Should make it easier if you have a large post.

Don't forget to Ctrl + F5 (clear cache + refresh) to see the changes!

You can clear cache on the forum backend

I assume you did it in the time between our posts? Since I had to manually clear it due to the yellow bar not being there until I cleared my cache.
