Can't you save web pages to view offline?
It's simple! I mean you only have to go through every page on the VDC and save it.
Jokes aside, I remember saving web pages to view when my internet was bad. Images from other sites didn't load and you could only view the stuff on that page but it worked.

There are scripts that download entire things like Wikis. But I think they can be considered abusive because of the excessive bandwidth they can waste. I don't really know, but you could look into it.

I read the wiki so fast that it thinks I'm a bot and bans me.

You can look up stuff about mirroring websites and if it's abusive or not. I'm too tired to do so right now. I recommend it since you might get in trouble if it is.
