Picking New Tutorials

Postby Mozartkugeln on Mon Dec 31, 2012 12:02 pm

How long does it take to evaluate and rule on a tutorial? I submitted this not so long ago, and I'm wondering when I'll know whether or not it'll get a spot on the site.

Thanks.

Hey, me again. A friend just pointed me to a curious glitch on that tutorial I wrote: http://www.interlopers.net/tutorials/36716

Near the bottom of the page, the hyperlink to the Dropbox download got turned into this:
Code: Select all
[url=https://dl.dropbox.com/u/17850283/inlinepatcher.zip:1rkivptc]here[/url:1rkivptc]

Furthermore, in the first sentence just below the first subheader, the link to the VDC article on decals got turned into just [vdc]decals.

I hope you'll be able to sort these two minor snags out.
Thanks in advance!

Ill fix that for ya, our custom bbcode parser never implemented https or the 'new' [vdc] tag. Gimme one sec

Yep, it's been fixed, thanks! :smt023

There's one more minor thing I'd like you to look at, if you have the time of course: the list of dynamic brush entities kind of takes up a lot of space, so it'd be great if you could add [size=85] tags around it for good measure.
