Texture Forum

Postby Sfisher7 on Tue Jul 26, 2005 7:05 pm

I think it would be nice to have a part of the site to have a texture area or have a sub-forum for submiting textures and requesting textures (witch i have already PMed blink about this, but I wanted to see what other people think of the idea too), that's really my only idea to add to the site.

Excellent idea. I'm sure many people here can submit better textures than many of the ones available for download.
Their first album was better.

It depends on the use, the modelling forum is barely touched for example.

I still say we should get an Other Games section where people can chat about any game in general...

i agree on a texture forum. It might give me more reasons to do some texture work, and share some techniques.

I agree... BUT there is 1 problem, the same problem with the modeling forum.

we would really need to spread the word of interlopers is not only for mapping now, that its changed to Mapping modeling texture discussion. That way we would get some activity in the forums.

Texturing is a lot easier to "break into" than modelling though...

The General Discussion forum is just that, discussion about anything. Why do you need a forum just for games?

dont forget about this one. i would really like to have a texture forum. if you made one for modelling, then you must have one for texturing.
