Improving the site

Postby Blink on Sun Jul 31, 2005 8:14 pm

I seem to ask this question every few months or so as I like to make sure everything is heading in the right direction, especially as the users of this site make it what it is.

What things would you like to see added/changed within reason, to the site?

Let me hear it and I'll closely consider any decent ideas.

(Just to note, I won't be turning this into a huge map download site, so don't bother with that one)

Decrease the amount of god damn sarcasm.

Plus, the map spotlight needs to be changed more often. Let's make this thread a sticky.

basically the only thing i miss is more content. More articles, more interviews, more maps, etc. The maps spolight section is kind of dead, and you stoped making the weekelly map report wich i kind of found interesting.
Also you could start mirroring some mods for example, if you can spare the bandwidth.
and for example with the recent review that mas made for the hiden mod, you could do something similar, and start reviewing finished or work in progress mods.
I've no sign

The word "soon" usually means weeks on hl2holdout, don't be like them.

I let a lot of shit slide, just not when people randomly attack new members.
