*fixed* config doesn't work!

I'm having some troubles with my mods config file atm . I want it to load with certain things turned on and chapters unlocked but for some reason it's not working and it deletes my commands when I start the mod up. Has anyone else tried this or knows how to fix this? I tried to make a config_default file but that doesn't seem to work either!

Any help would be super awesome.
