Manifest (instancing) issues.

Seeing as the manifest tools are almost totally undocumented, getting it to work is an absolute pain in the neck.

I managed to get func_instance entities to work perfectly, but the .vmm is totally ignored by VBSP. I'm beginning to think the features are in hammer, but not in VBSP (July 7th vbsp anyway)
