Moving info_player to new location

Hey guys, right now I'm trying to develop a way for player spawns in Counter-Strike Source to move to a new section after each round. Now I have been able to accomplish this in a few ways, however none totally without flaws.

Right now I'm attempting to make a func_tracktrain move the spawns around, however this seems to break the spawn points and not allow me to spawn. I can't seem to parent the spawns without them messing up.

Now does anyone have any ideas of how to accomplish this? After each round, player spawn in a new mini map. And it eventually cycles all through them and doesn't stop, or cycles them randomly.
