PackBSP and Pakrat Problem

PackBSP and Pakrat Problem

When I try to run packbsp and pakrat, both stop working after I load the map and "run dependencies". It's not that they stop responding, it's just nothing happens. Nothing in the logs, Just nothing happens. It's not like this for other maps, but for the ones that I make, it's just not working. Here is the log feed that it stops at:

Because other .bsp files work, I'm assuming I haven't done something with my map to get it to work?
