advanced Soundscape triggering?

hi,
Is it possible to have a soundscape only start playing once the old soundscape that was activated has stopped playing all its sounds?


What I would like to do is have a level based map that on each level has a beatloop playing via soundscapes.
but the thing is.. when the soundscapes change, the beats will go off sync. So I'm just wondering if its possible to make it so as soon as the first soundscape is done playing the next one will start, but only after the first one is done playing.

EDIT: just to clear things up, all the levels are in the same map. (no map transitions. just 1 map.)
