Map offset cordinates

How can I get the map offset cordinates, cause i've been used to that a mod needs the position cordinates when making a leveloverview, but this mod wannt the map offset witch is not the normal position, tryed that.

Does any of you know how I can get those cordinates

BTW the mod is Resistance & Liberation.
