Entity (func_breakable_surf) has unused keyvalue "error"

Whenever I check for issues through Map -> Check for Problems, all my func_breakable_surf entities are marked with this error.

If I resolve the issue through the tool, or manually remove the keyvalue, I just find it to return shortly after.

I am using an Source Engine MP environment configured towards Garry's Mod.

Ignore it? Several of the entities are created with unused keyvalues. It doesn't cause any problems for them to be there.

So far that is what I have been doing. But of course it would be nice if there was a resolution out there.

Load up any Valve map and you'll see a huge number of convar, vphysical errors and all sorts of other error detritus.

It's just bog standard bug reports that aren't necessarily relevant. An unused keyvalue is like having a blank space instead of a 0. It only matters if you're looking at an actual problem.
