I hate to have to create more post but this error requires different attention, So I made an NPC perform an animation in a (scripted_sequence), I placed (harassfront2) in the (Action Animation) keyvalue and when the (npc_metropolice) goes to it he doesn't play the animation and it takes him a bit to move to the next scripted_sequence, this also happend to his (pickup) animation. This problem did not happen before and on another scripted sequence with a different (npc_metropolice) entity he plays the (activatebaton) animation and the (batonangryidle1) animation just fine.
NOTE: When the (npc_metropolice) tries to play the (harassfront2) & (pickup) animations I get a console error saying that it could not find the animations.
KEEP IN MIND: These errors did not happen before and I surely did not modify those scripted_sequences any further.

What I don't get about the console is that it says it failed to find a animations that was removed in the keyvalue of the scripted_sequences as if it were still trying to load it for some reason, it just does not make sense there is no reason why it would try and load previous animations that were in the keyvalue. Is this issue common or what?
