Elevator and Single/team points

Hi all I got a view Questions on hammer. I am also mapping for DODS but im sure most of what I need I can transfer over from source engine.
1) I need to make to "Cable Cars" That move back and forth automatically but are timed when there at each end. They start from each other on Opposite sides(I know how to make a basic elevator but not the advance parts of this) 2) once One side reaches the bottom for each person reaching it gets x amounts of points if the team defending/preventing the escape wins VA count down timer they win(have figured that one out) but I don't know how to add points for other team for escaping once the reach the bottom of the path track?
