So I want to create an arched tunnel that curves 90 degrees, but I don't know how to do it accurately. Here are some screens of what I have - Image

Can you basically tell what I'm trying to do? I want to connect those two straight tunnels with a curved one while maintaining the arch. I just don't know how. I imagine I'd have to use the vertex tool or something but if someone could explain I'd be so happy. Thanks.

A lot of awkward vertex editing, you won't have a good time; Is it really worth the investment?

Displacement based would be better.

I'd still Like to know how to do it for the sake of improving my experience with source. I'd say it is worth the investment.

There's not much too it beyond a lot of vertex editing, it's not so much a skill as it is a total pain simply due to how time consuming it is; Not only will a displacement based method be quicker it will also look better and be better optimised.

Honestly, just save yourself the bother. :wink:

You could use the torus tool, which in this case is probably the best method to achieve what you're trying to do.
