Restricting player movement, not view or weapons

I am trying to make an on-a-rail section I am using a func_tracktrain, in combination with a prop_vehicle_choreo_generic parented to the tracktrain using this script "scripts/vehicles/choreo_vehicle.txt".

It's almost what I need, but as soon as the player enters the vehicle:
+ he can look around freely
+ he can't move
- he can't use weapons

Just using a func_tracktrain isn't ideal, because the player can block the train on corners (even with the unblockable flag) or he can glitch out of the train.

Is there another better way to acheive being able to look around but not move around and still be able to shoot?

I got it to work, used a trigger to parent the player to the traincart and a player_speedmod to supress jumping.
