faceposer failing to even load

Hi guys

Let me apologize in advance if this has been posted in the wrong area, I just wondered if anyone has got FACE poser loading problems since valves dreaded last update that destroyed the SDK .. I finally just about got hammer to work but even trying to start face poser from the common folder directly results in an error and it wont even start up..

Are valve actually planning on fixing these issues? I heard a wee rumor they are stopping support for sdk for source because of hl3 coming soon not sure if that’s true..

Any help would be appreciated

Faceposer has some issues but not loading is not one of them AFAIK. However, it won´t load unless you set an environment variable named VPROJECT. Look in Google how to set an environment variable in your SO. If you have Windows 7 or XP go to system > advanced > environment variables and create a new user environment named VPROJECT.
