Is it possible to alter the walking speed of entities, such as npc_combine_s and npc_cscanner?

Every npc that flies using path_tracks/corners can have it's speed altered (either via setspeed or speed in the path properties), npc's that use info_nodes can't, you'd have to edit their walking/running animations.

npc_combine_s however DO have a walking/tactical animation but, like it says in the properties it can only be played facing "north". Never used it but I assume "north" is the positive of Y-scale, mess around with it and let us know.
If that doesn't work then maybe you can somehow trick them to use the slower, semi-sneaky pace that they sometimes do.
If you want to make them move faster you're out of luck.
