The light is caused by light environmental. However the lights doesnt cast on the wall. Is there a solution?

Either you have a leak or the wall .vmt is broken or set to model. Or you have a leak and it's not calculating bounce or you have super high lightmap scale that allows no soft shadows.

My money is on a leak. Check your compile log.
