3D view not resizing down between fullscreen & quadrant view

So when I'm in 3D camera fullscreen view you can see that my viewpoint, shown by the circle, is fine.

However when i view it as a Quadrant, my 3D camera was still in full screen mode and and only show me the top left corner of the view, instead of auto adjusting itself to the new screen size.

I use Shift + Z to toggle windows between fullscreen and 4 views, I do not have the issue you're pointing out (source sdk 2013 sp hammer)

Did you change any settings under tools/options?

No i didn't i was using it the day before and it was fine, and today it was like this.

Found a fix, but still don't no what caused it. After i deleted hammer.vdf file in my 'E:\Steam Games\SteamApps\common\Counter-Strike Source\bin' dir the problem was fix

I had the same problem just now and it was caused by RadeonPro. This means all 3D affecting programs (optimizers, etc.) should be closed.
