Create your platform, place the info_teleport_destination on it, create walls and a roof with the invisible texture on the platform, now your player can't move around or jump away from it. For added bonus, parent the player to the platform after being teleported to it, to prevent any stuttering movement.
Optional 1: Replace the info_teleport with a info_player_start if it's for the start of the level.
Optional 2: Use [url="https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/Game_ui"]Game_UI[/url] to prevent the player from crouching.
