[solved] How to create explosion in CS:GO

I'm trying to implement random explosions in my CS:GO map, and I love the grenade explosions way more than the generic source engine ones (pic related).

Is there an entity that can spawn a live grenade on the ground to produce the desired explosion effect?

If not, are there any sprite/effect spawners that could mimic the effect? (besides env_sprite)

For anyone else that might ever want to do the same:

There doesn't seem to be a way to spawn live grenades in CS:GO. However you can create the necessary explosion effect with info_particle_system. Here are CS:GO's particles: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wik ... _Particles

explosion_c4_500
explosion_c4_500_fallback
explosion_hegrenade_interior_fallback
explosion_hegrenade_interior_fallback2
explosion_hegrenade_snow_fallback2
explosion_hegrenade_dirt*
explosion_hegrenade_interior*
explosion_hegrenade_water*

* = in the game but not included in valve's wiki

Then you can attach an ambient_generic explosion sound and an a trigger_hurt or env_explosion to create the damage.
