Hey all,
I am problems creating an army to assault our castle.
I am using the following entities to accomplish this mass assault:
- 1 AI_GOAL_ASSAULT
- 5 Combine_s
- 5 Citizens
- 5 Rally points
- 15 Assualt points
- 50 info_nodes
The setup of the map is as follows:
THe five combines are supposed to run up the long castle ramp hitting various assault points allong the way. Five rebel citizens stand and wait, gaurding the top of the ramp.
Upon map spawn, three combines start to charge up the ramp and eventually make their way to the top where they're killed.
Problems:
- Two combines don't do *&$%!
- Delete the two trouble makers and create new combines - does NOTHING! They still don't pick assualt rally points.
- unknown errors are produced! need help with these!
Error messages:
- '<npc name> navigation not terminating. Possible bad cyclic solving?'
- 'Bad sequence (-1 of 144 max) in GetSequenceLinearMotion() for model 'Combine_Solider.mdl' '
- 'npc_combine_s has no sequence for act: ACT_WALK'
Warning messages (appear red in console before game begins):
- GetAllManifestFiles: Unable to load Maplist.txt
- Material: "vgui/servers/icon_secure_deny" not found
- else (just a red 'else' appears after the above two warnings/errors)
