Counter Strike's Creator making new game.

Visuals do look very average, though from the sound of things the gameplay will probably be up to standard. I don't even like/play counter strike though I would probably buy this to support the makers if it doesn't collect a large player base.

The level design isn't the best, but it's not released yet. Will probably be improved later. I like that they are including a lot of physics props around, should be interesting having all of that flying around in the middle of a shoot off.

And the hostages hand is clipping inside his leg, just a bad time to take the screenshot. It does look like a very thick hand though and some of the other player models didn't look that good of quality, or at least the viewmodel arms.

Why can't they make CS2 different enough from CS to make it so that theres a reason to play ONE or the OTHER. Think of it like Street Fighter 2 and Street Fighter 4, people play both and do it at a huge professional level.

What valve needs is a competitive event that they host similar to that of Blizzard's WWI or even sponsor a fan-hosted even like Capcom does with the evolution league.

This is exactly the reason why I feel as though the sequels valve makes are usually not very well recieved, because they don't realize that as long as they support the old and the new games people will play both. Making a competitive league for say DoD(S), CS(S), A possible CS2, and TF2 would help stimulate the fact that the old game will live on even after the sequel is released.

It's interesting to note that this is done by a team in South Korea too though, it shows how far Korea has come in the realm of game design. Korea may be one of the future strongholds for video game development, and they have so much background in competitive gaming that this game may end up being very well balanced. We'll see though. =) It does need some major visual tweekage, but keep in mind this is both running on the Source engine (which is for sure looking quite dated) and that the game doesn't seem to really be fully complete and will probably be reworked within the next few months.

That kind of happened on its own with Cs and Cs:s. People play eater one or the other and there's two totally separate leagues of pros. But condition zero kinda flopped on its side =(

I loved condition zero
I played the game so much, i began whooping the bots on expert (basically aimbots)
Single player was a bit silly, felt like a slightly advanced shooting gallery ( guard or three pops out, slaughter, move on, repeat)

But what was with those mad terrorists that would explode out from behind a dooring screaming, wielding a machete? They were insane!!

I remember deleted scenes, personally I liked the bank level and how they tried to incorporate puzzle into the map with the sewer part. I also liked the little torch, too bad it didn't work on people...

All the screenshots were taking at bad times... Unless they thought they were good ones. I mean, if that's the best out of a few, I'm scared!

They took one while the gun was inside of the guy's blood covered back, and a Terrorist was falling while his gun flew into the air? WHAT?! WHAAAAAT?! I'm probably not going to get too focused on the release of this at this stage. Looks kinda... Fail... ;-;

Looks pretty good to me, bit funny thought that they took the footage from map whit dev textures still.

Oh well, anyone know when/how to take part in beta testing?
