Not even the MP side of MW2 can be compared - MW2 is more like Quake than anything realistic. I know that Tac Intervention and Counter-Strike are hardly realistic themselves, but they are considerably more realistic than COD games.
I don't want to start a flame war here, so to save everyone lots of trouble:
COD/MW2 - good but unrealistic weapon mechanics, linear levels which make the game play like a shooting gallery. MP focuses on grenade spamming
CS/TI - lacks ironsights but has reasonably realistic weaponry. The level design allows for more tactical gameplay.
