The support people at FixKorea are surprisingly helpful and cheerful as far as dealing with my issue of not being able to start up the game. They also wanted to hear back from me tomorrow after I try running the game after re-installation and several other fixes I have tried. They are also currently working on diagnosing the problem and I have an email chain going on with the support team as we speak. Hopefully I can get this fixed by tomorrow.
