Australia dosent have an 18+ Rating,

All because of one asshole in the government who wont agree with it while the rest do.

So valve have submitted a modified version that got the MA15+ rating, while still appealing the ban for the uncut version

I wonder if there is some way for the Australian user to unlock the missing features later on.. Banning games, especially a game like Left 4 Dead 2, makes absolutely no sense to me.

Do they print on the box what features are missing from the original, global, release? :p

I would imagine that all dismembering is cut from the game (no pun intended)...MAYBE the profanity amongst the survivors. I can't imagine what else would get cut...maybe cleaner-looking zombie models and grayed-out blood or something...

I think the zombies basically get really gray, I believe I've seen the censored L4D version.

I don't really know how this works. I understand that it (the real version) can't be sold on Australian ground, but if the individual went to Steam online and ordered a digital copy there, would that be okey? I would personally never buy this, the Australian, version of Left 4 Dead 2..

Steam checks location, cuts accordingly. I bought the Orange Box in Germany and it was cut. I moved to Canada and now it's all uncut.
