This Japanesy map..?

Used to have it but forgot the name. Does anyone know it?

It was set in what looked like Tokyo, very narrow streets, night time, lots of custom neon signs and green light. Npcs walking all over. It wasn't the NeoTokyo mod. Beautiful map.

Haha, well that's about it. Do you want me to draw a picture? (I'm not, cause I can't draw) If anyone knows it, they'll know because there isn't another map like it. It did have a youtube video, but seems impossible to find if wasn't tagged up.

Picture Akihabra in Tokyo, but a lot more green and arty. Like Jet Set Radio!

Half Life 2, poss HL2DM. Wasn't a DM map tho. Wasn't for a mod, either. Just a map.
