Considering the sniper rifle can actually do proper headshots now, they had to nerf it.

It kinda sucks, but the hand cannon is great so it works. If you are completely out of ammo, then take out the SMG but you have to be close for it to do any good damage (or get upgrades and the better SMG - I used SMG very often towards the end when it could actually kill)

I mean, sure the organ placement and stuff can be different, but anatomically they seem pretty close to humans.

Of course no one has seen them without a suit, so we can't say.

I'd imagine their skin would be very pale, but quarians have a middle eastern feel to them so they can be dark skinned by nature.

No exposure to common air would probably mean their skin is extremely sensitive and soft, sort of like baby born skin that can get irritated very easily.

I do not think they have hair, or at least they would have to cut it short. Hair acts as an excellent heat trap, it would warm up their heads in those suits to very uncomfortable temperatures. Since it also makes them sweat, this can cause irritations so I am even more inclined to think they are bold. Maybe they have asari-like tentacle growth or something.

Of course these are all assumptions based on our physiology, they can react to common stimuli quite differently.
