OK, due to time pressure I'm going to go ahead and say we play TF2 tonight at about 11pm UK time on the server Jman kindly offered to us. Full details and local times on the steam event page.

Game in 10 minutes, people. Be there, or be slightly less cool than people playing TF2.

Had some really good fun, seriously, at least one game per week for TF2 would be epic win.

Another great game. Thanks for so many of you showing up, and again thanks to Jman for lending us his server.

Other business:

• I've set up a Flickr account for people to add their own screenshots of games, if anyone wants to. Else, I'll just use it as a place to keep the screenshots I take for people to look at. It can be seen here. If anyone wants to add screenshots, the Username is interlopersgentlemensclub and the password is AllHailBlink. Feel free to add stuff each week, but if I get a load of people uploading Goatse pictures I'll make it so only people I trust can log in.
• During the game, people raised the idea that we play TF2 each week, rather than the current system of voting for the game in the days leading up to each event. What do you think? Vote in the poll I've created in this thread again. Obviously we could still organise games of a specific mod/whatever if there's enough demand.
• If we decide that we want to play TF2 regularly, the possibility of getting our own server returns. I wouldn't be able to foot the entire bill, but would people be willing to put in a couple of quid a month to keep it going?

I could probably lend a hand in donating for the server.

It's a shame I never got to see any of the 'loper maps, my game crashed in the middle of a match and I couldn't get it to work again so I just gave up.

I've changed the permissions in the group so that any member can create an event on steam. Hopefully this makes it easier for people to just create a game on the fly and have others join.

That's awesome, cuz I could go for some Gentelman's action right now. But I worry it might degrade the turnout for "official" events.
