"From Dust" - Nature Simulator

Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/From_Dust

It looks like a game where you can manually sculpt an island out of the ocean and dynamically terraform the land, rivers, mountains, lava flows, and forests or the said island you create. Then a tribe of little humans appears and worships you :) It looks pretty fucking sweet, just thought I would show you guys. :)

And it's coming to PC too :)

While this was shown at E3 it is definitely taking cues from B&W, which is great!
Cant wait to see how well it does.

holy shit, this is what I wanted black and white 2 to be like.

This has been a good week for me, first microsoft teased us with Flight, and now ubisoft with this tech demo.

I was disappointed in B&W2 when i could not place rocks in my village and have people worship them :(

So it's a game about building a world, then harass humanity to death.

Looks like God's creation to me.

Well the Trailer at E3 gave better story info.

Basically these tribes of men used to use magic to shape the land.
They have slowly lost this art and now the world is becoming hostile.

So ala B&W you are a godly being called down to help them regain their heritage and use magic to protect or destroy.
So far though it looks like its mostly oriented at helping, since its too easy to destroy little humans XD.

But they would be crazy to not include a sandbox mode,
