63 games on steam, about 20 retail PC games, I'd guess about 40 PS2 games, 10 360 games, 20 games bought online (direct from dev), and 20 on my HTC Desire.
So something around 173, give or take a few.

29 games on steam (3 are free 7 are mods, that leaves only 19 games, Portal included although i got it for free). Before Steam I only got maybe 10 retail games, many of them OEM versions (the kind of retail that comes as part of a hardware pack and it´s illegal to sell separately). Finally, four NES cartridges that i kept for nostalgia. Everything else have been piracy, which I left aside when began using Steam. Mostly by laziness, downloading and cracking pirated games has proved being such a hassle, not worth of my time. I prefer to wait for those Steam crazy offers.

Not that big a deal really. I just opened the mini list in Steam and selected "All Games" in the filter and resized the window so it was really long then just started listing the games one by one in my post. I type relatively fast.

And the retail list was simple. I just opened my desk drawer and all the PC games I've ever bought from retail stores were neatly placed and I could read all the titles. Plus there aren't many to begin with. I didn't count the fact that I bought the Orange Box, HL2 Episode 1, HL2 Collectors Edition, Left 4 Dead, and FEAR 2 retail since they're Steam-only anyway.

PS: Just for kicks:
