so, what did you guys think about the comic.. it really got me excited for the story of portal 2
also, did anyone see the achievements yet.. there are some spoilers in there that might involve

I'd consider atleast a reference a damn near certainty. You can see a ton of references to Portal stuff in the Borealis blueprints in Ep2. I'd be very surprised if there isn't a reference to it from "the other side".
