Personally my interest died with Black Ops. I'm not getting my hopes up for this game either.
Any thoughts?

If I happen to have spare money when this comes out (which I usually don't), I might buy this. I don't have any hopes up for this though, MW2 was so fubar and Black Ops wasn't as good as it was hyped to be (no shit?).

Here's the biggest question. Does treyarch have anything to do with this game? or is it what's left of Infinity Ward?

If treyarch, then this shit's surely going to suck. If IW then it's probably going to be pretty sweet.

Singleplayer is developed by Sledgehammer? and the "new" Infinity Ward, the multiplayer is developed by Raven, afaik no treyarch...

Raven? Weird. Well, that gives me a little more confidence.

I've never heard of Sledgehammer though. What games have they made?

Call of duty has become so incredibly dumbed down and idiotic, it repels me. After MW2, I did not and never will play another Craptivision CoD installment, unless they go back to the roots of CoD, which are great atmosphere and challenging gameplay.

I heard that in the leak, they found info of planned monthly fee services. They said that the normal multiplayer will be free as always, but there will be special content that requires a monthly fee. (Bangs head on desk)
