Overclock i7Intel how???

i put my computer together and everything somehow i didn't brake it, and i got the best if the i7s i heard i lot of people talking about overclocking the i7Intel from 3.2 to 4.0 safely, if you no how to or if you want to take time out of your day to help then it sure would be appreciated.

Why the hell are you overlocking a Intel i7?? Its enough power as it is dammit! When your PC explodes you're going to be seriously boned when you ruin that great rig.
