Wacom Intuos 4 Advice?

Hey lopers, i'm planning to replace my Intuos 3 with the new Intuos 4 M. I'm sure the quality of it is the same but since they changed the overall layout of it, i would be happy if someone can provide some infos on handling and ergonomics. Besides that any informations on the "new" wheel and how it acts in PS or ZBrush?

To be honest, dont buy the intous 4 when you already have the older model. The difference is not gonna be noticable much anyway, and the cost for the new tablets is through the roof.
