UPGRADIN from a 9800gtx +

So my xfx 9800 gtx + has been really swell to me, we've had some good times running source games maxxed out, and some bad (tech support) but I've been thinking about upgrading. As I see it, I have 3 options:

-Buy another 9800 gtx +

-Buy a GTX 260

-Overclock the card I have now

SO the sli'd 9800s scored higher than a gx260 in 3dmark, but I am not sure that will be the results in games. Both would be about the same price if I sold my current card for $75.

I am not sure about overclocking, but the card is no longer in warranty. I have never overclocked before, and I just want to know what kind of improvement I can expect.

From Reviews, 9800 GTX SLI is better than a GTX 260 and GTX 280. Not talking about 3dmark, I'm talking about game FPS reviews. The higher the resolution, the lower the difference, but 9800 GTX SLI is always above GTX280.
