WTB Headset

Postby Sacul15 on Tue Jun 16, 2009 7:22 pm

So, my speaker system is cheap and breaking down (subwoofer's pretty much dead) and my headset is being held together with tape. I've decided I'd rather just get a nice headset than an average speaker system and an average headset. So this is what I want/need.

-Good sound and microphone quality, obviously.
-Headphones that cover the ears, rather than resting on them.
-Headphones that aren't very loud to other people, because I have roommates.
-Headphones that block outside noise, because I have roommates.
-Virtual Surround Sound
-Easy to change the volume without changing the system volume
-Price limit of about $100, but I would be willing to go a little over if there is one that you really recommend.

-Also, is wireless acceptable for gaming?

This is what I've been looking at:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826104281

Seems nice, but a little expensive.

So, my fine interlopers, what can you conjure up for me?
