Can't find ep 2 in source sdk

So Im trying to accses all the ep 2 textures but I cant find them in hammer.

I bought ep 2 about 3 weeks ago so it should work.

When I open source sdk it looks like:

Engine Version:
The orange box
Half life 2 episode 1

Current game:
The orange box - tf 2, portal
Half life 2 episode 1 - hl2, css, hl2 dm, dod source

So I cant find ep 2 even tough I have it installed.



I tried launching ep 2 and playing it for 5 min, also refreshed sdk content. I even reinstalled hammer, but still no luck.

You'll need to manual install it into SDK. I can't find the relevant document in the VDC but you should be able to find it from SDK itself; reset the game configs and then edit them, it should point you to a webpage.

Resetting these configs is never a dangerous thing to do.

I allready tried reseting game config, but it didnt work =/ Cand find anything in th vdc either.

Nvm, tried it again now after work and it works, thanks for the help

Silly question but have you ran the game? normally if you run the game after installing the SDK it will automatically be set up in the drop down...
