Questions about inside case wiring

Hey guys.
Basically I removed my PSU but I had to put it back in later due to reasons that do not matter here.
BUT since I didn't anticipate rewiring for some reason I'm totally boggled with the mass of Molex connectors I have, I swear they multiplied or something.
Basically what I'm asking is does it matter what goes where and if I connect end or middle connectors.

Doesn't matter, just keep energy-costly devices (GPU) on separate rails (IF your PSU has separate rails).
Also, im guessing you had to put the PSU back because the computer didn't boot without it?

So far so good, the only thing that went out after about half an hour was the LED for the power button but it's not that great of a tragedy.

No dice, it either freezes at one point or simply beeps on power up.
