Noises in my head and Notebook

I have a PDA (based on Windows Mobile 6 os). This device I connect to a computer via a microphone jack-jack cable (Explaning the scheme: PDA - 2.5 headset input - Cable Jack-Jack - Mic-in PC 3.5). And when I play sounds on my Pocket PC and record it by computer, it gives me terrible noises, that by logic should not be. I have a notebook Acer Aspire 7741G with sound-card like Realtek. Is there utility or something what tweak that

I honestly was gonna come here and say you were schizophrenic.. but your talking about something electronic.. Maybe your Jack is messed up? If you ever plug in speakers while they're on, you'll notice they give off horrible cracking noises.

your computer doesn't have a line-in? Microphone connectors are usually amplyfied greatly (because mics usually use very low voltages) causing an amplification of noise. The sound level gets capped by the soundchip but the amplyfied noise remains. Perhaps im talking bullocks tho.
