Keighley was the only sane person there except for maybe the interviewer who tried to not take sides.

That "psychologist" seemed like a quack or just severely misinformed.

"I felt old, whatever happened to the days of pacman..." .. wow.. shows you where they're coming from..

and Luke Skywalker meets Debbie Does Dallas? Half a boob for 30 seconds of a 30hr game. When will they get informed about things instead of taking popular opinions of their contemporaries in a classic case of group polarization.

"Boys that play video games cannot tell the difference what their seeing in a video game and the real world."

The psychologist said that. What a load of bullshit. I'm sorry but any half-intelligent kid can tell the difference between a game and real life.

I know i could never slit someones neck or (if i was in the military and i had to then i know i would have nightmares for the rest of my life). Playing video games isnt a bad thing. its about how much time and how far you take it... and as for the fucking media well thats why i dont watch TV anymore

give gamers a chance people!

why the fuck are boobs such a big deal anyway? Let's pretend they don't exist and block everything hinting at them so our kids can grow up with psychological repressions and become sick bastards.

mmm mammary.

no really, they're an essentially nonsexual part of the female body.

It's rated M for "Mothers should watch their kids if they're buying M rated games"! Responsible parents should be careful as to what their kids are really buying because it's just like the movies. Movies appeal from ages 1- 100 just as games appeal from ages 6- 60 and come on, with all these restrictions in place do you really think you can control what everyone would want to have? so what if mass effect does feature nudity for like 2 mins? it's intended for mature audiences only people, MATURE!!! Parenting really is a though job...

Games don't desensitize. I think they actually liberate us from all those experiences so we wouldn't do it in real life. Anyone in the right mind could see what would happen if someone runs over a man in GTA. For those who are incredibly stupid, the police would try to arrest you. In a sense that makes us aware of the consequences of our actions. We don't do it in real life because we could do it in videogames. Just try to count how many people all over the world actually killed because video games influenced them and compare that with the population of video game players. its like 1 in a million actually turns out to be killers and mind you, at times they also mental illnesses to get over with. Blame the media for the shock value they place on video game related deaths.

Holy cow! boys Boys can't sense what is real and what is video games!? I think she's just a bunch of pixels babbling over some research carried by people who can't count.

oh play the game first before you say its effects. just try to see if you'll become a sex maniac or a gun toting pussy exposed whore...

i really get pissed on these issues

Every time a game has something controversial, everyone in the media has to complain, I just try to ignore it. Fox news is on my blacklist of things that are instant bullshit.

I hate it when people have to argue about violence and sex in video games, I mean sex and violence is everywhere not only in video games and omg most of the people that were discussing and hating the game are completely misinformed and stupid. The psychologist didn't even play a part of the game or didn't see any trailers were there was nudity, if you don't know anything about the game than just shut the fuck up please.

You have to love outspoken misinformed idiots. After reading the one article about her admitting to her mistakes, and reading that she had just asked someone what they had heard about it. This might be about just a game but that's the kind of stupidity that gets people into some deep shit. Not to mention it had a god damn M rating. If they want to do something about little kids playing it then they should attack the parents for buying the game in the first place. Not the companies.

I don't understand what the big deal is about boobs either. They are quite possibly the most awesome thing ever in most cases (the real ones). Some exceptions made (video game boobs).
