The guy raised some valid points, like the scene doesn't have to happen at all, and it's only 3 minutes long out of a 30 hour game - and gets flamed by the anchor xD

Hahaha... it can't be violent enough but good save us all if there is some soft erotic in a videogame.
Here in Germany it vice verse. Soft erotic content (not porn) can be viewed if you're 16 years old and alcohol (except of the real hard stuff) is also allowed, but if there's some violence in a game or film, it has to be censored or the film/game will be banned.
