I think I'd get bored far too quickly of the same song on repeat, and would probably translate over into me getting bored of my work! :P
Uhh... what cat?

This. I hear a song and it reminds me of a model. Also the music has a massive impact on the resulting model.

Also I find if I am struggling to concentrate, the best recipe is a glass of milk with two teaspoons of sugar and a shot of rum. Laser sharp focus.

I'm too obsessive/compulsive about making things and learning things and making up things for others to learn to bother with any stress involved with crunch time. But I do enjoy getting swept away by some of the following music while exploring the innards of 3ds Max and Source:

http://www.amazon.com/The-Last-Of-Mohicans-Soundtrack/dp/B0000042MY
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_9?url=search-alias%3Dpopular&field-keywords=john%20powell%20the%20bourne%20supremacy&sprefix=john+powe%2Cpopular%2C171

I'd better just stop there... now that I realize that I'd soon reproduce the entire Internet if I actually flesh out my list of musical inspirations.

This kind of advice has been too well followed by the likes of me. It generally ends up with me posting some rant in some dark corner of the Internet... or worse, some well lit Area...
