Ok the way I understand this the youth complained, rioted really, about no jobs. So the government passed a law to help courage employers to hire them because of the old law employers don't want to hire some dumbass that they can't get rid of, so they don't, hense the high unemployment. So the government passed a law to help employers to ease that burden to help encouge more hiring. But then they bitched about that too. I am to understand they want their cake and eat it too? How you they have it both ways? Something has to give.
I really think life time employment is very poor for business, it fosters laziness, you can slack off if you know they can get rid of you. Especially if have a crappy job. No wonder employers don't want to hire young people. Most, no all, will try to get away with what they can, I did, and have seen it others first hand, so don't tell me teens and 20 something don't do this. If you know your not don't good for the business then why should someone be paying you to work, keep you on?
