Weird I have the same one with Microsoft, and activating my XP Home edition... Oh well. I used to have another fear tho...

To lose a girl that was very special to me, I loved and trusted her so much you couldn't understand! And I were really afraid to lose her, and now I lost her 2 months and 1 day ago today :? Weird.

But the one with sounds in the dark is probably one of my bigger fears too :)

*shudder*

*runs*

that fear is bigger than my fear to reactivate my windoz :D

That somthing bad will happen to my girlfriend or our relationship. not many people know we're going out cause we're really good friends - I know 3 other people that fancy her and ones a very good friend of mine. Im scared he'll ask her out and we have to tell him... I dont really like akward situations :?

then I have an irrational fear of deep water, I went scuba diving once on holiday, we passed over some rocks a few metres below, fine, and then the rocks ended and there was just black depth, I didnt scream, kick, anything - because I just froze. eventually I made it back to the boat. pretty pissing annoying. the water was cold too.

I fear losing complete control over everything, I can't stand the idea that no matter what I do something bad is inevitable or unchangable. Thats one of my driving forces against drugs, most drugs will really fuck you up permenatly and I can't stand the idea that if that happend to me I couldn't do a damn thing about it.

and losing my gf, we got an odd relationship kinda like Fearian, I really don't know how I'd feel if something happend to her, and i really don't want to find out...

yeah having a GF is nice, but when your good freinds too, it hands you a double edged sword - you like each other loads and have tons of fun - but what ebout the ending?.. we said wed never break up, just go back to being freinds but its never simple...

My biggest fear would have to be failure.
Their first album was better.

Meh, failure is nowhere near as terrifying as success, believe me

That can be true in some cases.

Failure = The whole thing has ended

Success = More to endure

I've a very strange fear of losing my girlfriend, I don't understand it but I'm very worried about the prospect of losing her somehow which is a scary thought to me. My other fear would have to be worms, I just can't stand the fucking things. Ugh.

reeke wrote:My biggest fear? Religion.

I'm not a religious person at all, im to logical and theres just so much about it that really pisses me off... but what if it was actually true, a heaven and hell existed, its a scarry thought to think of living in pain for eternity.

Other than that, im pretty fear free.

The idea of people being too logical or too intelligent, or too independant, etc. for religion is pretty much unfounded. Stupid religious extremists give religion a bad name just as stupid atheistic extremists give secularism a bad name. A book I would reccomend to give you an idea of how intelligent people believe is something called Brother Astronomer Link
It won't convert you or anything, but perhaps it would let you understand that not all religious people are complete wackos.

As for fearing it's veracity, I'm afraid that nothing can do that. Shoot, I'm religious and it still scares the crap out of me ;-)

its not really a fear like a phobia, more a fear in the same way the mind is a scary thing - the world. its going downhill. more wars. less resources. more ways to kill. notable technological achivements per year have been declining as much as 40% per decade. Environmental disaters are increasing. Video games being outlawed. Im so glad I live in the UK... but its only a matter of time untill the slow apocalypse reaches us too...

My biggest fear is almost the same thing... I'm afraid that I won't be able to pursue the career I want to pursue because of lack of whatever is required for said career... Small things though.

Scary.
