i went to their concert, and after I got over being half-deaf it was really fun. I like their music, and they put on a really good stage-show too

Was a big fan of them when I was like 12-13 years old, I have all their albums, still now all their songs by hard, and can play 90% of their songs on the bass :p Their first songs and albums still are the best though, Dookie is great. Now they've become way too commercial, as everyone is saying, I mean making a musical from American Idiot? And their new songs are pop... I might go to their concert here in Belgium in September though, just for the nostalgia

I really didn't see where the 'all punk rock is easy to play' argument started but I doubt it's true.
